United StatesI had a very good experience using Unbox the Dress. Initial communications was excellent. The angel ornaments are gorgeous. My only suggestion is for some communication via email during the process. I heard nothing for 4 months after the last communication that they received my dress. I called them when the order was supposed to be completed. That call would not have been necessary had they emailed me that they were running a bit behind and had a new shipment date. Thank you for the lovely angels. I can't wait to see what the family will all say when they get their angel for Christmas!
