Veil Made from Mom & Grandma's Wedding Dresses
Unbox Real Bride Lindsay's Intimate Outdoor Texas Wedding with Unique, Sentimental Touches
Unbox the Dress Bride Lindsay Burdette Maxey and Bruce Edward Snow, Jr. were married at The Oaks at Boerne in Boerne, TX following a courtship of 7 years. An intimate crowd of 110 gathered for this outdoor wedding, including more than 25 children, adding to the event's joyous atmosphere. The couple's children, Anna (10) and Cam (8), acted as the maid of honor and best man.
The couple's wedding band were made from 3 family rings originally belonging to the bride's grandparents and the groom's mother.
The bride's Unbox the Dress Cathedral Length Veil was trimmed with lace from both family wedding dresses. The elegant, layered lace design complimented the bride's modern, sleek wedding dress.
Lindsay also worked with Unbox the Dress to create a Woman's Hankie, Bouquet Wrap and Lace Garter with fabric and lace for both her Mother and Grandmother's wedding dresses.
As Lindsay said, "My granny was my best friend my whole life and the hardest part about this whole experience has been not having her here with me...I felt like I was wrapped in my Granny's hugs with my veil around my shoulders and the bouquet wrap in my hands."
