The work was nice. My daughter liked the getting ready robe. I was grateful. My only sources of dissatisfaction were around the communication and the timing of delivery of the item. I told the consultant when my daughter's wedding day was... and I felt they pushed delivery too close to the wedding day. It wasn't comfortable for me. And, when I emailed them or called they would only send me an estimated ship date. Again, I expressed concern about the shipping day being too close to the wedding. I asked them to ship overnight or priority. Sent an email and left a voicemail. The phone call was never returned and the email response was only the shipping tracking info. I ordered two getting ready robes... so the cost was substantial. I just began to fear I was dealing with a dishonest company when the communication at the end was poor.

United StatesI had two bridal robes made for our daughters. We had our first daughter’s bridal shower yesterday and there were tears throughout the room, including the bride-to-be. Thank you for your help in making a one-of-a-kind, surprise gift for our daughters.
